We have teamed up with deep storage company, so all your Wills, together any LPA, Trusts, Property deeds, can be stored off site with secured entry systems and CCTV monitored round the clock, GPS tracking of items and secured deep storage with the latest air technology for humidity control.

What you need to do.

Place your Will/s plus into a A4 envelope, address it to us in NOTTINGHAM, take it to the post office, and pay the postage. (Suggest you photocopy first before sending originals) It is also recommended you pay for the signed for service, as you get a tracking number, and better compensation in case Royal Mail have an issue. But that is your choice.

What we do for you.

We shall post you a water marked unsigned copy of your Will, so you have something to hold, and give your original Will + other docs direct to safe storage.

What happens then?

The vault shall post to you, a Will Storage Pack, inside is a cover letter, cards that you give to you Executors, so they know who is holding your Will and how to retrieve it, ready for PROBATE. (Want to understand meaning of probate, call us)

Remember this is a free service, however if you wish the documents returned BEFORE your death, then a small admin charge applies (£25.00) + postage.
