Guardianship

If you have young children (under 18), then you need within your Will, details of guardians to look after them should you die. If you do not decide the Courts shall, and in that time Social Services will take care of them until the Courts have reached a decision. Always think about the age, health & finances of the Guardian. And you must ask them first.
